A Tool That Can Change the Conversation About Suicide

A free chapter from Divine Soul Sacred Body: From Suicide to Sovereignty — offered ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day, 10 September 2026.

The Living Flower

Chapter Four contains a recreated counselling session with a young person contemplating suicide. Her name has been changed to Jaz. The session is real. The tool used is called the Living Flower.

The Living Flower is a four-petalled template representing the four levels of human experience — Body, Mind, Soul, and Emotions. In this session, Eliana uses it to show Jaz something that shifts everything: if you remove the body petal, the flower does not cease to exist. The mind, the soul, the emotions — they remain.

“If the pain is not in the body, it is stored in your mental-emotional aspect. What do you think might happen to the pain when your body dies? Do you think the pain will cease to exist?”

This is the question that changes the conversation. And it is one you can learn to ask, too.

Inside Chapter Four you will find:

The Living Flower template — how to introduce it, how to walk someone through it, and how it opens a young person to thinking about their existence differently
A full recreated counselling session — Eliana’s voice, Jaz’s responses, the turning points, and the method that informs, inspires, educates, and empowers
The sacred science behind the body — what DNA literally means, why the body is not the enemy, and why it was never meant to hold trauma
The four elements within us — water, air, earth, fire — and what they tell us about what we truly are
How to hold the conversation about suicide with both grounded knowledge and deep humanity

This chapter is for

Counsellors and counselling students working with young people experiencing suicide ideation — and anyone who wants a framework rooted in the sacredness of human life, not just risk management.
